TUKKIES Scientists tackle the "Fairy Circle" mystery

Scientists from the University of Pretoria have put forward a theory that could explain the tens of thousands of “Fairy Circles” dotted across Namibia’s arid landscape.

The bare, regularly spaced and sized patches surrounded by grass have fascinated tribesmen and scientists for decades.
