Sandy-Lee Ward, the Tazz driver who was mugged as she exited a shopping centre in the Bluff in Durban south, may be in legal trouble for running over her perpetrator. Nthabiseng Dubazana, Founder of Dubazana Attorneys, joined Sizwe Dhlomo to discuss how the state can pursue a case against her if the victim doesn’t press charges.
