Algoa FM is committed to creating a Mental Health Awareness resource across its various platforms. To launch this initiative Charl caught up with esteemed Gqberha psychologist Rose Gowar to discuss several aspects of the mental health crisis in South Africa. October is Mental Health Awareness Month.
