Word for the day | Genesis 39:20-21

Daily Thought | Genesis 39:20-21

‘So he (Pharaoh) took Joseph and threw him into the prison… But the LORD was with Joseph in the prison and showed him His faithful love.’

Just because you are facing adversity does not mean that God has abandoned you.
Even when Joseph was in prison, God’s presence and favour remained.
In the darkness of difficulty, the Lord still wants to show you His love.
Let this be a reminder to you that God can turn any situation around.

Prayer: Lord, help me to trust in Your presence and faithfulness even in the face of challenges. May Your faithful and enduring love fill me with hope and may the knowledge of Your presence with me be like a constant companion.

Amen.
