Recently Geniene Preston of Urban Edge Radio on her Live, Love, Listen show had a really interesting conversation with Helen Lockhart, the Conservation and Sustainability Manager. They must be doing something right there – they recently had a visit from an esteemed scientist – but more on that later!

The Two Oceans Aquarium, named for the Indian and Atlantic oceans off the shores of Southern Africa, was opened in 1995 and since then has lived their mission which includes conservation, education, and research … and as Helen says “this is basically our reason for being , it’s what we focus on.”
