The Godfather Director, Francis Ford Coppola recently spoke about taking the risk of selling his winery to self-finance the $120m budget for Megalopolis. The film has sadly opened dismally at the box office, but he defended himself saying, “I never cared about money. In the end there are so many people when they die that say, ‘I wish I had done this, I wish I had done that. But when I die I’m gonna say ‘I got to do this."
