Foreign-owned spaza shops have been shut down and looted in Soweto amid the tragic deaths of five children who consumed poisonous snacks they bought from a tuckshop allegedly owned by illegal foreigners. MMC for Public Safety in the City of Joburg, Dr Mgcini Tshwaku conducted an inspection of spaza shops in Naledi and speaks to Phemelo about what he found.
