One thing that simply cannot be avoided in any gathering of people, is conflict. Sometimes, that conflict goes so deep that it cannot be ignored or quickly dismissed. In faith circles, that is normally referred to as “church hurt” – a feeling that the church, or people in the church, have caused a hurt and mishandled the fallout thereafter.
