Political parties have raised objections to Gauteng's annual budget. The 170-billion rand spending plan was presented to the provincial Legislature by Finance MEC Lebogang Maile. In a briefing earlier Finance MEC Lebogang Maile confirmed he had consulted with all parties on the budget except for the DA which has opposed parts of the plan. Phemelo gets reaction on the budget from ActionSA Gauteng Chairperson Funzi Ngobeni and DA Gauteng Shadow MEC for Finance, Ruhan Robinson.
