Memorial service for murdered Soshanguve patrollers

Residents of the "Marry Me" informal settlement in Soshanguve gathered on Wednesday afternoon to remember the six patrollers who were killed in an attack over the weekend. Premier Panyaza Lesufi and Tshwane Mayor Nasiphi Moya were in attendance. Residents of the informal settlement are still reeling after the weekend’s attacks where 12 patrollers were stoned, shot and set alight while doing their walkabout on Saturday night. Four died on the scene, and two others have since succumbed to their injuries. Phemelo speak to Kaya News Reporter, Karinda Jagmohan who attended the memorial.
