Phemelo is in conversation with author and former Diplomat Sikose Mji about her new book titled ‘On The Stage of Time’ chronicles the extraordinary life of a schoolgirl who became steeped in the ANC struggle for freedom in the mid-70s. As a teenager, Mji became involved in the clandestine underground and mass mobilisation work of the then-illegal ANC which drew the attention of the Special Branch thus compelling her to leave South Africa to find refuge in the ANC community in exile.
