Hammanskraal’s Water Crisis: City of Tshwane Gives Update on Water Supply

Residents of Hammanskraal, north of Pretoria, are once again facing frustration over inconsistent water supply despite the much-anticipated Phase 2 of the Klipdrift Water Treatment project. The R300-million module, designed to deliver 12.5 megalitres of clean water daily, is still undergoing testing and cleaning. In the meantime, affected areas like Majaneng and Kudube Units rely on sporadic water tanker deliveries.
