Agriculture Minister John Steenhuisen has heard emotional stories from dozens of dairy farmers in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands devastated by the ongoing foot-and-mouth disease outbreak.

On Friday, Steenhuisen officially launched the country’s mass vaccination campaign in KZN, the epicentre of the outbreak.
