Gauteng Deputy Judge President Aubrey Ledwaba’s bid to become Judge President is under scrutiny after allegations raised at the Madlanga Commission resurfaced during his interview. Chief Justice Mandisa Maya warned the claims cast a “dark cloud” over his candidacy and may affect the Judicial Service Commission’s decision.
