We've had good rains in the last couple of weeks, and in some areas even destructive to devastating down-pours. However the City of Cape Town is urging residents to keep using water sparingly. Otto van der Walt spoke to City of Cape Town Mayoral Committee Member for Water and Sanitation, Zahid Badroodien to find out if this request is still necessary in light of the recent rains.
