So you've gotten yourself a second refuse bin in the kitchen to put your recycling into and are now sending your recycling to a sort facility, and putting out much smaller refuse bags for the waste truck to pick up. But what are your options for food waste? The soup kitchen Ladles of Love run a wonderful food waste collection programme called Feed the Soil. Otto van der Walt spoke to Micaela Dale from the organisation about this programme.
