Students evacuated after fire breaks out at Durban CBD building

A huge fire that tore through part of the ground floor of the old Lonsdale Hotel in the Durban CBD has been extinguished. Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson says people from inside the building were evacuated earlier and no injuries have been reported. An MUT student was one of them.
