Higher Education to publish gender-based violence policy

The Department of Higher Education and Training says it will release a policy on gender-based violence within the next month. The Department says the policy will help address the issues around abuse and improve safety within the country's tertiary institutions. Minister Naledi Pandor says they have opted to introduce the framework during Women’s Month to help bring justice to abused women.
