The Mazwai family has brought about big names such as Thandiswa and Ntsiki; however, another family member to keep an eye on is the formidable Nomsa Mazwai - more affectionately known as Nomisupasta.

To some she is the mother of her baby and to others she is the current general manager of the Soweto Theatre. With a music career that spans over eight years, we look back on many other career defining achievements made by Nomi including her tenure as the first female SRC president at the University of Fort Hare as well as taking on the helm of Eastern Cape based arts project at the Emthonjeni Arts Centre.

Nomsa shares how she continues to live her dream as a recording musician without going broke.
