Coal expert on Load Shedding, wet coal and Eskom

Professor Quentin Campbell is the Director of Chemical and Mineral Engineering at the North West University. He is also an expert on coal, or as he puts it: "I have made more mistakes than others and know how to avoid them now". He joined East Coast Breakfast this morning to talk about Load Shedding, wet coal and why Eskom is having trouble providing electricity to South Africa.
