Preparing for the Ironman is definitely not an easy task and it truly takes resilience and grit to make it happen. A young woman inspiring change and in South Africa to stand up for what they believe in and to make a difference no matter their age. She is a force of nature. She is in the front lines fighting for women, their careers and one of the wonders that will bring a tsunami of change in the future of South Africa. Go, Girl!

She shares with us some of her lessons and what it takes to prepare for a race like this and unpacks crowdfunding and how she managed to raise these funds in a short amount of time.
