Carol Ofori and KZN react to schools reopening on the 15th of February

The National Coronavirus Command Council (NCCC) has recommended that the reopening of schools be postponed from the 27th of January to the 15th of February because of the spike in infections. Many South Africans have taken to social media to voice their opinions on the matter and there is clearly a huge divide. But now a decision has been made and some are more upset than others.
