Have you or your family been a victim of a home burglary?

When one thinks of the after effects of a home burglary, they often think of material items lost versus the long-lasting emotional effects.

Last week, the normally bubbly J Sbu showed up to work in a somber mood. Stacey immediately noticed this and without wanting to make a spectacle, pulled her co-host aside to ask him what was going on.

J Sbu had shown up frantic and not himself that day and after he shared the situation with Stacey and the extended team of 'Stacey and J Sbu', it all made sense.

He had hardly slept a wink the night before after receiving a very distressing call from the mother of his son, four-year-old Zanda.

J Sbu and the mother of his child, who are no longer romantically involved, share custody of Zanda. During the week, Zanda stays with his mom and grandmother from his mom's side.

On that morning last week, a distressed call from Zanda's mom sent shivers down J Sbu's spine.

They had survived a home burglary at the grandmother's home. They were not harmed physically, but the trauma suffered in full view of the young eyes of Zanda is still very difficult to deal with.
