And this was confirmed by the MEC for Finance in the North West, Motlalepula Rosho, when she delivered her budget speech for the 2022/23 financial year yesterday. The MEC also announced that R1.2 billion has been allocated to the North West Department of Agriculture and Rural Development during this financial year.
