In this edition hear about the controversy surrounding the film “The Lost King”, detailing the search for the remains of King Richard III, found beneath a car park in England in 2012. Alexandre Desplat has just released his latest album from a concert of his film music in which he conducted the acclaimed Orchestre de Paris. Both cellist Hauser and pianist Charl du Plessis have also released new albums with film music, and there’s a double play from John Lunn, and neither of them come from “Downton Abbey”.
