More and more businesses and individuals in drought stricken areas are launching initiatives and campaigns to try and assist farmers in need.
Berné Liebenberg of Magnis Trucks Bloemfontein will be delivering bags of feed to small-scale farmers in and around Bloemfontein today. He says everyone is talking about the drought, but it is a shock when you realise how bad it actually is for some people.
Liebenberg is urging others to get involved in similar ways. He has also invited anyone who would like to make donations to contact them to assist with getting the feed to where it is needed around Bloemfontein.
