Sexual harassment case opened against ANC's Marius Fransman

Police in North West have confirmed that a sexual harassment case has been opened against ANC Western Cape chairperson Marius Fransman. Spokesperson, Sabata Mokgwabone says details of the case cannot be disclosed to allow for the investigations to continue. He says no arrest has been made.

ANC national spokesperson, Zizi Kodwa earlier stated that a sexual harassment case had been opened against Fransman and that the ruling party would wait for the outcome of the police investigation. The charge is believed to have been laid at the Sun City police station in North West on Thursday night. The ANC is currently celebrating the 104th anniversary of its founding in North West.
