Post office workers' concerns being addressed

South African Post Office CEO Mark Barnes says it's only a matter of weeks before they resolve the problems faced by workers, some of whom have gone on strike.
Barnes says they're waiting for funding to be approved by banks, but have already raised some capital to address unfulfilled salary promises.
He says the Post Office Board of Directors will be meeting to find a way forward.
Workers will strike for a second day today. Barnes, however says the action hasn't had an impact on operations with less than 1% of employees involved in the strike.
However, the Communication Workers Union says it's expecting up to 1 000 strikers to march through the Durban CBD tomorrow, to hand over a memorandum of demands to an official of the SA Post Office.
