DA questions motives behind NW cabinet reshuffle

The DA in North West has added its voice to those questioning the motives behind premier Supra Mahumapelo's Cabinet reshuffle.

Education and Sports Development MEC Maphefo Matsemela was replaced with Sello Lehari and Community Safety and Transport Management MEC Gaoge Molapisi with Mpho Motlhabane. Kgakgamatso Nkewu was appointed as the new Social Development MEC and Ontlametse Mochware is the new MEC for Arts and Culture.

DA leader in North West, Joe McGluwa, like his EFF counterpart Betty Diale, suspects the new appointments have to do with political allegiance to Mahumapelo. He cites their relative inexperience as another potential problem.
