The case against a Welkom lecturer who was arrested for allegedly conspiring to murder two of his colleagues, is expected to resume in the city's Magistrate's Court today.

Christiaan Oberholzer, a lecturer at the Central University of Technology (CUT) in Welkom, is expected to make a plea agreement today. He is the son of local lawyer, Obie Oberholzer, and Henriëtte, who is a psychologist and lecturer at CUT.

OFM News’ Dane Beisheim reports that Oberholzer reportedly thought the women were planning on laying an internal charge against him.
