Proteas v Bangladesh 1st T20 International - Robbie Frylinck

The Dolphins all-rounder, Robbie Frylinck, is expected to make his T20 International debut for South Africa on Thursday during the first T20 International against Bangladesh in Bloemfontein.

The Proteas won the Test series 2-0, the ODI series 3-0 and will be targeting a clean-sweep in the shortest format of the game.

At the age of 33-year-old, Frylinck, received his first call-up to the national side and concedes that he nearly gave up on the dream.

The first T20 International at the Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein gets underway at 18:00 on Thursday evening.
