Director of ASSITEJ South Africa, Yvette Hardie talks about the collaboration between The Learning Trust, ASSITEJ SA, DCAS and The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation who have joined forces to create an online platform filled with resources in the following categories: Academic, Arts & Culture, Sports & Recreation, Life Skills & Psycho-social. In the #OFMArtbeat our focus in on the access to the stimulation of creativity and learning. These resources are housed in the After School Treasure Box which is free to access and utilise: https://www.thelearningtrust.org/treasure-box-welcome
Within the Arts & Culture category there are loads of arts and crafts activities, multi-lingual audio books, indoor games and puzzles to list but a few options available to make use of to remain creative during this lockdown period.
