The looming lay-offs at Sibanye Stillwater's Kloof 4 shaft in Carletonville are due to a series of operational issues. Sibanye Stillwater's head of investor relations and corporate affairs James Wellstead tells the OFM Business Hour they are still engaging with labour unions on a way forward. In the balance is nearly 3000 jobs.
