Largest relocation of vultures in the world

Just over 160 vultures were relocated from the Hartbeespoort Dam area in the North West to the Eastern Cape, making it the largest relocation of these birds in the world. Dereck Milburn, WeWild Africa director, a non-profit organisation, says the importance and role that vultures play in nature is often underestimated. That is why this organisation makes it its mission to give wild animals such as vultures a second chance at survival. He spoke with OFM's Elsabé Richard-May.
