Hartswater murder: Five suspects arrested

A total of five suspects were arrested in connection with an attack, robbery, kidnapping, and murder of three family members on a small holding in the Magogong area near Hartswater in the Northern Cape. National police spokesperson, Vishnu Naidoo, last night also confirmed to OFM News' Christal-Lize Muller that three bodies were recovered. This comes after an elderly retired couple, Danie and Breggie Brand and their daughter, Elzabie, who visited her parent from Gauteng, were allegedly attacked on Sunday. They were kidnapped in two of their own cars by a group of suspects. Naidoo confirmed in a voice note yesterday morning the body of Elzabie was found in a veld at the Takaneng Village near Taung in North West. At that stage the search for her parents continued.
